Responsible for the business management of the company’s flagship  stores, formulate sales plans and lead the team to implement.

•Manage the daily operation of the company's flagship store, formulate different sales plans according to the season, and complete the sales goals

•Manage the clerk team of the flagship store, conduct clerk training and assessment, and ensure the work efficiency and performance of the team.

•Manage the product display, and make adjustments at any time with the sales plan.

•Carry out store product management, monthly inventory, update sales data at any time, submit monthly sales reports and plans.

•Perform other duties as assigned.

•Innovative, strategic problem solver, results-focused.

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to coach and develop

•Be creative in assisting with the development of Sales/Marketing Strategies.

•Must possess strong computer and internet skills, effectively utilizing the internal system and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

•Language Communication: English and/or Chinese
